Go to DID Numbers menu and select Order DID.

Make sure to enable CallerID on your DID so you can make outbound calls. Main menu -> Account Settings -> General tab.

Enable SMS messages to go to email. At very bottom of the menu where you edit the DID. Click the edit button when in the manage DID menu.
